Privacy

What we collect. When you run the AI Operations Analysis we collect your website address, email, industry, and anything you choose to tell us in the questionnaire (name, role, phone, business details). We also collect your IP address and browser type to prevent abuse. We review public information about your business: your website, Google listing and reviews, and public government business registries.

Why. To produce your analysis, to contact you about it, and — only if you check the consent box — to call or text you. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who processes it. Our CRM provider (GoHighLevel), Google (website speed test and business listings), and Anthropic (AI drafting of our own follow-up messages). Each processes data only on our behalf.

How long. Up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete it. Consent records are kept for 5 years as required for telemarketing compliance.

Your rights (California). You can ask to know, correct, or delete your information, and to opt out of any sale/sharing. Reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us at privacy@blacksheepla.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
